| Copyright | Who owns the drafts? All concepts, sketches, and layouts created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. The usage rights are transferred to you only with the final invoice. Early use is not permitted. |
| Color Accuracy | Colors on screen vs. print The display of colors on your monitor may differ from the final printed output. We work with ICC profiles but do not guarantee a 1:1 match. For print-relevant projects, we recommend a proof before the print run. |
| Scope of Changes | How many revision rounds are included? The agreed project scope includes two revision rounds. Each additional round will be billed based on effort. Fundamental changes in direction (e.g., a new color scheme) are considered a new project. |
| Liability | No legal advice Our design suggestions do not replace a legal review for trademark or competition law. As the client, you bear responsibility for the final use of the content. We are not liable for third-party claims arising from your use. |
| Data & Files | What happens to my data after the project? Project files are retained for twelve months after acceptance. After that, we delete all working documents. Please save your final data independently. Re-provision of old versions is only possible within the retention period. |
